Return Policy
At planet-herbs.com, it is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the best products at the best prices.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care at +91 – 7302948881 or alternatively visit the store where you have received the products from. Our customer care team will note down your request and help you with the return process. In case of a store, our store employee will be able to help you directly with the return process.
When returning the products please place them in a secure, solid package and seal the box securely, so as to avoid any loss or damage during transit, and ship to the following address:

Please see below the condition under which returns are applicable:
In case the order received is the incorrect or product is missing
Sharing an unboxing video along with clear images of the package and label is mandatory within 24–48 hours of delivery for processing the complaint and resolution.
Full Refunds Possible If:
- You received a defective item;
- You have recieved less items, in accordance to your order;
- The ordered item (s) is lost or damaged during transit;
- The ordered item (s) is past its expiry date.
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
Partial Refund If:
- Paid orders are returned back due to failed delivery, relating to incorrect address, contact number or customer non-responsive at the time of delivery attempts
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

Cancellation Policy:
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Please Note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
In case you have placed an incorrect order and you want to cancel it, you can request cancellation at Customer Service at +91-96900 21403 or mail us at order@planet-herbs.com with your order number and details.
For a cancellation order placed, you will be accredited with full refund through online mode of payment. Cancellation requests will be accepted before the dispatch of the merchandise only, the deadline for which is 1700 IST, within 24 hours of placing your order.
